Define the QA inspection template (sections + items). Each unit gets its own pass/fail/in-progress status per item. Changes apply to all units in this project.
Reference list shown in the QA tab — no checks, just photo names grouped by section.
Add or remove users. Role: User = full access to all buildings. General = can only view guides, site map, and report shortages.
Add names for contractors or visitors who don't have a login. They'll appear in the crew assignment dropdown for all buildings. You can also import an Excel sheet to merge names into the list or export the current list to Excel.
Upload guides (PDF or image) or add URL links. These are visible to all users including General access.

Upload a site map image, then click anywhere on it to place a labeled pin. Click ✕ on a pin to remove it.

Add or remove units from the grid. Removing a unit hides it from the grid but its data is preserved.
Define experience skills for this project. Leadhands can add/remove skills here. Users can check off skills for each crew member in the building panel.
All logins across all users, newest first. Includes username, role, project, IP, and timestamp.
Each project has its own units, tasks, crew, guides, and map. Users are shared across all projects.
